Our unique divorce service for overseas clients means you can obtain a UK divorce virtually online, without having to come back to England to speak with a lawyer, sign papers or appear in court.

We take care of everything from drawing up the paperwork, signing it on the your behalf, filing it at court, liaising with the court office and the District Judge, applying for Decree Nisi and Decree Absolute and dealing with the solicitor acting for the other party.

There is just one document that must be signed personally by you (an affidavit) but we will Courier this document at the Decree Nisi stage.

Our Service Includes

This service is our premium service that we provide to our client's. We will take your full instructions online and thereafter, we will draft all documentation and submit this to Court on your behalf we will complete all the procedure which are required to complete your Divorce Proceedings. The Service includes:-

• The initial questionnaire to enable us to take your instructions.

• An email to you confirming in detail your instructions.

• The completion of a draft Petition that would be sent to you for your perusal.

• Upon your approval, the Petition will then be issued to the County Court, we will provide the Court with all documentation required including the Court fee (this is included within the price)

• A letter would be sent to the Respondent confirming your instructions and also that the Petition has been issued

• We will then send to you, by first class post all documentation received from the court in relation to any decrees that are granted.

• The completion of the Application for Decree Nisi, this will be sent to you by email.

• The Application for Decree Absolute in order for proceedings to be concluded

Every divorce will incur the following additional court fees:

• £210 for lodging your petition in court
• £30 for application for your decree absolute
