Below are the results of a recent survey of our customers.

	80% of people purchased our service because they required the help and advice from a qualified family lawyer. elaw4u is one of the very few companies offering Divorce Services online that is owned and managed by qualified family lawyers.
	Of those customers who purchased the DIY service or a DIY service from another online company, 65% upgraded to our Guidance or Manage service because they realised that a DIY Divorce service was not suitable for their situation
	Over 75% of customers under or over estimated the complexity of their divorce. Please feel free to call contact us to discuss your specific needs.
	98% of customers did not realise that even the smallest mistake in the documents they submit to the courts could add 6 months or more to their divorce.
	55% of customers did not realise that without a Clean Break Consent Agreement they may leave themselves open to future claim from their ex-spouse, whether it is one year or ten years after the divorce has been finalised.
	Over 97% of our customers expressed complete satisfaction with the service given. Of those who were not completely satisfied realised that they had chosen a service that was not suitable for their particular divorce.

(A majority of these customers went onto upgrade to a higher level of service and expressed their surprise and thanks they only paid the difference between the service they originally purchased and the service they required.)
