www.elaw4u.com does not accept liability or responsibility for any additional advice which you seek in conjunction with these documentation as we only provide documentation for the purposes of you completing matrimonial proceedings on the basis that you are acting in person in relation to such proceedings.

We do not accept any loss or damages, which relates to any proceedings, which you may wish to issue in relation to divorce proceedings or through ancillary relief proceedings. We are as a service, only providing you with the documents required and the advice and completion of such documentation and not actual general legal advice in the issue of such proceedings. Finally, we would add that if a Court of Law was to decide that any part of this disclaimer is not reasonable or cannot be enforced for any reason, this will not affect or relate to any other parts of the disclaimer which will be enforced or continue to be enforceable in any event. It should be made clear that the documentation in relation to the service that we provide can only be used in England and Wales and would not be valid in any country outside the United Kingdom, including the regions of Northern Ireland and Scotland within the United Kingdom.

Privacy Policy

The user should be aware that we have no information whatsoever in relation to your credit card details as all such information is held by the Merchant Service Provider.

All information that we hold in relation to the transaction that we carry out with you will be held in accordance with the Internal Privacy Policy and the Which? Web trading Code.

We will not transfer or provide any information to any third parties without your specific consents.

Modifications

This agreement is covered by the Laws of England and Wales.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

These terms and conditions shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
